How I work
Spot the bottleneck
I notice what's broken before it becomes a crisis. Manual processes, repeated errors, slow handoffs — I see them fast.
Build the fix
I don't just flag problems. I map the solution, align the stakeholders, and ship it. 2–3 workflow improvements per sprint wasn't an accident.
Automate the manual
If it's happening more than twice, it should be automated. I've saved hundreds of ops hours by turning repetitive work into systems.
